Behavioral Health Urgent Care (BHUC)
Child & Family Services offers urgent and routine outpatient services to children, adults, and families. Our fully licensed mental health clinics provide assessments, therapy and groups for individuals of all ages.
As a Behavioral Health Urgent Care provider, our services are designed to provide clients with easier access to care. Our open access model ensures timely appointments while identifying and linking clients and families with the appropriate level of care to best support their needs.
Our services include:
Same or next day mental health assessments
Urgent psychopharmacology appointments and referrals to addiction medication evaluations
Assessment and individualized treatment for mental health and substance use needs
Psychiatric medication consultations
Timely follow up appointments
Services are available both in person and via telehealth
Community based treatment is provided in several of the Cape Cod school districts as well as other community settings
Referrals to internal and community programs and services
Extended hours on weekdays, as well as weekend hours
Admissions from the community are a priority for this level of care.
