Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI)

Our Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) Program provides behavioral health crisis assessment, intervention, and stabilization services (24/7/365) to individuals of all ages with mental health, substance use disorder, and/or co-occurring conditions. Anyone can access this service anytime, even if you do not have insurance.

Our team of Clinicians, Peer Specialists, Family Partners and Recovery Coaches provide services for anyone experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis. Instead of going to the ER, anyone going through a crisis can either walk into one of our clinics or call for a team to come to their location and access immediate mental health care and determine the best path forward.

MCI helps by providing:

  • Referrals and linkages to behavioral health services and supports, including access to appropriate services along the behavioral health continuum of care.

  • Safety Plans developed in collaboration with patients and their support systems.

  • Follow up services in person, virtual or by phone.

  • Family Partners, Recovery Coaches and Peer Specialists with lived experience who assist and collaborate.

  • Psychiatric consultation and urgent psychopharmacology intervention, as appropriate.

Admissions from the community are a priority for this level of care.
