More than 50,000 Americans died by suicide in 2023 — more than ANY year on record. This is a crisis.
In a global well-being survey, more than half of respondents to a felt that society is judgmental towards peoplTe with lower mental well-being, while 43% did not think it is acceptable to talk about mental health issues. Almost half of the men surveyed felt that it is harder for men to talk about their mental health.
1 in 5 U.S. adults experience mental illness each year. We all at least have either heard of someone who has died by suicide or personally have experienced a loss of a loved one.
We need more conversations, we need more check-ins with our people, but most of all we need to be kind.
Help us break the stigma attached to mental health by showing your support on Sunday, October 13th!
Run with a p u r p o s e. Run for a loved one who you’ve lost to suicide, run for a friend you know is struggling, or run for your own personal mental health battle. Whatever your reason, you’re making a d i f f e r e n c e.
Whether you run, jog, or walk; your presence is what is appreciated most!

What are Honor Beads?
They are beneficial in both honoring a loved one as well as silently identifying a loss that you have had. Each color shows our personal connection to the cause and helps us identify others who understand our experience.
