This program seeks to offer support to the elderly and disabled residents who are living in New Bedford Mixed Population Housing, by providing access to on-site case management. This service is provided in coordination with New Bedford Public Housing.

What is the purpose of the Mixed Population program?

Our MP program helps elderly and disabled residents find a balance and build a sense of community through case management and monthly resident socials.

How does the Mixed Population program help?

Helps elderly and disabled residents with:

Advocacy
Health care & wellness
Isolation issues
Safety concerns
Accessing community resources
Insurance concerns
Budgeting
Understanding documents
Referring to services as needed

Monthly Coffee Socials are also provided where guest speakers and community resources are brought in to discuss topics of interest.
