Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategy

Child and Family Services recognizes the power in Diversity and believes that Equity is a Human Right. We are committed to facilitating the necessary conversations and decision making that promote an environment that respects authenticity. We are dedicated to raising awareness of our own biases and privileges to operationalize our vision of inclusion in the delivery of services.

Our culture defines who we are as an organization and it is not only the role of HR, but also the responsibility of every manager and employee. All of us can help to make CFS a more supportive place to work by learning and understanding the institutional and psychological processes that impact how we interact with one another. From our internal initiatives to external efforts including our agency’s newest programs and services, we invite you to explore and celebrate our ongoing efforts toward creating an inclusive and equitable environment for staff and clients! CFS realizes that to create a culture that thrives, it takes love, courage, persistence, and time. We are in it for the long hall!
